Theatre Boosters
Our mission: we assist the Newnan theatre department by providing departmental needs that the school budget does not cover.
What do the boosters do?
Some of our current programs:
- Snacks & mealsFeeding the cast and crew through rehearsals, tech, and show weeks.
- VolunteersCoordinating helpers for events and performances, from the box office to the concessions table.
- ThesCon scholarshipsHelping students attend the Georgia Thespian Conference.
- Student grantsTools and supplies that make performances and tech programs the best they can be.
Who can join?
Parents, alumni, siblings, grandparents, teachers, and neighbors from all over the community. All are welcome, and no experience is necessary.
How is the Booster Club funded?
Through membership dues, donations from individuals and businesses, and fundraising activities. The Newnan High School Drama Club is a 501(c)(3), so gifts may be tax-deductible.
Prefer a one-time gift?
You don't have to join to help. Make a gift of any size, or pick up some Cougar gear.
Membership benefits
As an official Booster you get complimentary tickets to our shows, a thank-you in the program, and the knowledge that you're keeping the lights on. Choose a level for this season and we'll have your tickets waiting at the door.
Memberships are for the current season and do not renew automatically. A portion of your membership may be tax-deductible; your receipt lists the perks you received. Questions? [email protected].
